You can grill chicken breast and it will keep for 4 days. You can make a thousand types of soups, stews, and sloppas. If you want it to be healthy cook with a lot of veg.

>lentil stews
>root vegetable stews
They all start with some aromatics sautéed in oil or butter, and your favorite herb/spice blends.

seafood salad po'boy
>dice an onion and finely dice up half a bell pepper
>drain and rinse a small can of black olives
>toss in seafood mix with mayo, salt, (a lot of) cracked black pepper, and old bay seasoning to taste
>slice open a deli roll
>spread mayo and deli mustard
>add slices of swiss (I prefer mozzarella sometimes)
>scoop in mixture

at minimum you can just add mayo then put on bread

Go with your nose. if they smell good together they'll likely work together. Here's a general guide.

Or look up recipes for various things and just note what spice if used with what.

Is the "raw food" diet trend legit?

Watched "Food Matters" in Netflix and it seems like a lot of mumbo jumbo. These scientists talk about studies that indicate the health benefits of vitamins and raw foods but fail to provide any sources.

When boiling clams I throw a twig of thyme in it. Also like it on chicken.

You should get some parsley and oregano too. Rosemary can get fuckhuge so put it in as large pot as you can.

Not sure how good this is but picrelated. Don't really use it.
