Anyone else into indian food? I am not indian or trained in the various indian cuisines but I love the food. I have tried many times to make a simple dish called keema (matar). And I can't seem to get the flavor right? Anyone who could give me some advice on what spices to toast and which spices to add later would be very appreciated.
