Not that this is linguistically optimized -- [image] -- but a lot of information is available in scientific documentation and association that are a). really beneficial, b). brought up *a lot* on here, such as keto, and budgeting options, and c). really innovative to what's commonly discussed or experienced, such as molecular gastronomy, and alternative ingredients.

I'm savvy with a lot of topics. Some examples:

•Dietary min-maxes.
•Utilizing derivations / chemicals.
•Sweeteners -- especially stevia, which is up with the most pleasing of ingredients .. and results with *much* more satiation derived from both meals and food-preparation.
•Alternatives to recipe options -- especially carbs, which is really beneficial.

Why.

PS: Layering some of it with tomato shavings plausibly greatly increases flavorousness.. and likelihood of recipe acceptance into public "pizzahood".

..I used to make pizza crust from various grains, before I (individually was coming up with) starting keto -- ground oats were fundamental for a while, and quinoa and buckwheat (together) were a rare example of dense micronutrition. (A ketosis-savvy iteration bases on powdered protein: casein and whey, such as of a ratio similar to milk.)

"Insulin is fat-sparing." .. What's important during researching *different types of low-carb* (which this was, and *listed them as more effective than carbohydrate diets*) is nutrient availability and insulinogenics timing.

>predicted increased EE, fat oxidation ..
Fat oxidation relies on energy (acetyl-CoA*) and other aspects. Even caffeine stops obviously effecting increased fat burning after a small period (~weeks), but that's logically because of downregulation from low antioxidants / potency and catecholamine and serotonin metabolites (spoiler: ~nothing else really explains why increased correlatives of physiological stimulation aren't resulting).

A). Cauliflower is a really intriguing substitution for producing low-calorie iterations. It's somewhat flavored, which is sometimes a problem, but this is different by variation.
B). /ck/'s critiques of specifically "ketogenic dieting" are often ludicrous and non-scientific.

"Full nutrition" is a rarity amongst diets and scholarly articles; so demographics getting into recipes and food is "productive". (Social interest and investment, personality, attractiveness, skillfulness, anatomy, energy levels, and other aspects of genetic expression are basing on nutriments.)

Proper keto ..
>manages hungers (protein is the second most abundant item in the body, to water),
>is associated with lesser-insulinogenic foods ("insulin is fat-sparing") – especially "not sugars", which are really proximitous snacks, and
>prioritizes hypoglycemia, which is associated with energy homeostasis, cholinergic-dopaminergic rewards, neurotrophy, et al. (wiki: ghrelin).

A). "Full nutrition" is a rarity amongst diets and scholarly articles; so a lot of correlations are of similar essence.
B). Obviously, "being hungry" is correlated with "eating", so the scenario is already volatile; and a lot really are eating much.
C). This is way more "statistically fundamental" than specific races – especially because social interest and investment, personality, attractiveness, skillfulness, anatomy, energy levels, and other aspects of genetic expression are basing on nutriments.

It's possible, but the realistic inquiry is what's ~optimizing. Sorted by benefits and uses:

>VLC / prioritizing hypoglycemia.
>(When in ketosis, it's possible understanding how much sugar is reasonable.) Periodic grams of D-ribose, a B3, for NAD.
>If on keto, or interested in enhancing metabolism, periodic pyruvate, which is a sugar and an intermediate of glycolysis / gluconeogenesis (and also shows correlation with increased fat utility and loss).

Stevia, from the leaves of Stevia rebaudiana, has evidenced-benefits to blood insulin and glucose, and is huge for satisfaction from food preparation and meals. ~"No."

Hungers are way more than macros, or calories. "Full nutrition" is such a rarity amongst diets, some 1%.

Though, stevia is really great at satiety from food preparation and meals. "Sweet really is fun." (It's, simply, that dietary sugar pleasingness is obtainable with a *very* low-calorie alternative, derived from leaves – similar to mint.)

>Egg preparations (e.g., I'm recently, mostly making a meal-muffin [while also having homemade cheese, from protein powders and *something with saturated fat* for mimicking dairy], but an early-experiences favorite was a simple sliced-American omelette seasoned with table salt, which has a really unique flavorousness .. partially because of annatto ..).
