Do carbs make beans unhealthy?

I'm a fat fuck whats some good food to eat? Beans are looking like a super food, eggs too in moderation. I'm fine with meat so chicken and fish is fine. Im not hurt for protiens as you can see it's everything else how do I get fiber and shit

What's the best ways to prepare black beans?

I bought some in a can recently, might buy some dried in a sack in the future

Should I just mix them into a bunch of different meals?

Here is my /fitfuck/ chili, might do a cook along next time I make it.

>1lb extra lean ground turkey, cooked in skillet.
>1 or 2 cans black beans washed*
>1 can red kidney beans washed
>1 red bell pepper
>1 yellow onion
>1 or 2 cans diced tomatoes*
>2 or 3 cloves garlic
>dried red chilies
>spice blend (ancho chili powder, red chili powder, coriander, cumin, salt, and a dash of paprika and cinnamon.)

Put it all in a slow cooker on low for 6 to 8 hours. Garnish with cilantro, and salt to taste.

* I vary the number of cans I use depending on how far I want to stretch it, or if I plan on eating it with rice.

I need to figure out the macros, but I promise they good.

Or any kind of beans for that matter. Can you share ideas or your favorite recipes? I'm planning to eat a lot of them while cutting.
