I went to a wine tasting. There was a fellow there who behaved strangely, kind of taking photos and talking to himself about what would look better, and so he was pouring his wines from one glass to another, I guess to make his picture look better and he made jokes about getting stuff for free because he was on facebook, which was odd, since it was a free wine tasting.

Then at the end, the wine lady came up to him and thanked him for the exposure. So I finally asked the girl what the deal with that guy was and she gave me the definition of a food reviewer instead of just saying he was a food reviewer and I said: "So, if he goes around to food events frequently and writes about them afterwards, he would be a food critic."

"Well, not exactly, he never writes anything negative about anywhere he goes."

Anyway, I looked at his facebook and he didn't have as many followers as he claimed to have. Has anyone else seen "reviewers" in the wild?

Jesus, OP.
You just need to hit an internal temperature of 160F for safety. You don't need to obliterate them.
