Are tacos just emblematic of the kind of shit tier poor people cooking that is prevalent post colonial Americas?

Consider: All you do with it is just stuff as much shit into it as possible. It stems from this turbo-bydlo idea that more food = better taste. Dorilocos from Mexico and the atrocities they do to pizzas in Brazil and Argentina are good examples of this. How can this really be considered food and not just pig slop?
