What does /ck/ think of my tuna patties? I finely diced some celery and pickle, minced some garlic, then mixed in some tuna and some kosher salt. Then I mixed in some egg and flour as a binder, then formed it into patties and fried to perfection. Served on a bed of rice and lentils.
