Wrapped a duckbreast in bacon and did it in the oven once. It was very nice. Also ended up with a nice supply of fat for roasting potatoes.
Yes, I know it's a little overcooked. I wanted to make sure the bacon got crispy.

I like green beans but I don't like them in casseroles because the longer you cook them the worse they get.
I prefer to just add them to my rice for the last 30 seconds of cooking. Just to warm them up really.

Not if you cook it properly I guess.
I made one wrapped in bacon a while back. Was great, but then it's pretty hard to fuck up one of the most delicious animals.

Not bad for leftovers.
It would be a sin to not deglase that tray somehow so I guess I'll make a casserole or something in it tomorrow.
