All shredded cheese is covered in corn starch. There isn't another way to prepackage it. That's why it's best to shred it yourself. Especially since we also have the best cheese in the world. That's my problem with stuff like Cicis it's obviously not the best ingredients. Maybe if I worked next door to them and they had a GREAT salad bar I'd treat the place like a cafeteria. So the $17 a month would be basically a service fee on top of my gym.
