This here is the Quintessential hot sauce, call this guy up and try to get a production run going. He'll give you kinds of facts and figures as to why not to do it, but he's got the formula, gotta give him that spark once again. Apparently I cant do that alone.

I really miss this captain sleepy's sauce, I used go them by the case. I called the owner up some years ago and he told me what a production run costs and why he shut down. That doesn't mean I don't miss it.

They're not all like that, I used to get these then the guy making them stopped producing them. I called him up and asked about that and he told me how much a production and distribution run costs, its a lot. That's not even including lawyers and insurance and stuff.

Here's a really good one Captn_Sleepy's-Quintessential_Habanero_Hot_Sauce. I even called the owner of the company up and unfortunately he shut the company down, he wasn't making any money from it anymore. It was some some awesome sauce, he explained it to me very properly, he wasn't in buisness to loose money. He's a real cool guy and it's cool to speak with him. I couldn't even convince him to do a production restart, doing that is very expensive.

... This one too but the guy stopped production. He did a CBA and it was costing him more than he was making, I called the guy up and that's what he told me. I tried and failed to convice him to do another production run, it's not as easy as it seems.

If I were to be able to get a bottle of this old stuff then I'd use it and I'd keep the bottle. If I'd known that the guy stopped production then I'd have kept the packing labels and shit. Other than that who cares?

Here's a great one that went to the wayside so to speak. I even spoke with the owner of it to convince him to restart production. He put this to me very succinctly, it takes a lot of money and a market to make this and also make a profit from it.
I suspect that it was more of a hassle to him then it was worth, now he's just chilling out on his boat in the Florida keys.

Folk have to start somewhere and best of luck to you. This guy making this did it from nothing but then it became difficult. One has to do a CBA on it, I spoke with the guy once on restarting it and he told me about all the licencing and distribution and stuff. It's a nightmare. Capt'n Sleepy's.

This stuff if you can find it. I think the inventor of it stopped because it was costing him more to make than he was bringing in. He had his phone number on the bottles so called him up and asked him about it that's pretty much what he told me. I used to buy these by the case, it was a cool company too.

I also used to give bottles away to folk in my office and I always got complimented on my taste and always gave credit where credit's due.

This is one of the best if you can find it.

This is pretty awesome, the owner of the company was supposed to send me a bottle but it never arrived. It's cool to talk with people that make these things, you get an understanding of what it takes and how much it costs to make a production run.

I really like this one but the guy making it retired and doesn't make it anymore. I even called him ask asked him about it and he gave me a dissertation on how it's very expensive to make a batch for production. It's interesting to hear it from one who makes it.

I don't think there's any one combination or anything singly that's the best for everything. One that I really liked is pic related and the dude who made it retired... another though in the next post is really good, very different than this one and also very good.
