Grodziskie is pretty underrated. it's a light wheat ale made with smoked malt. dry and refreshing but with a smokey edge to it, pretty unique

nitro stouts are pretty, I'll give you that, but Guiness is the McDonald's of stouts - available everywhere, an okay safe option if there's nothing else, but nowhere near spectacular

personally, I'm a fan of big, frothy heads, so this bottle refermented Grodziskie looks beautiful to me
