I wanted to do a sweet/salty breakfast, so this is a baked oatmeal with brown sugar, chopped walnuts, and about a teaspoon of ponzu sauce to give it a tiny bit of tang, layered with a roasted kabocha puree. i garnished it with some of the kabocha and drizzled a touch of agave syrup over the top.
