I love vegetables of all kinds, broccoli, carrots, celery, cauliflower, broccoli rabe, cabbage, kale, arugula, cucumbers, zucchini, squash, etc.. served raw or cooked any way. I always make sure any meal I make has a cooked and raw veggie component, it doesn't feel complete without them.

With that said, I fucking hate brussel sprouts. It doesn't matter how you cook them. They have this musky flavor that I've only ever tasted very mildly in cabbage but dialed up to an 11. It isn't a bitterness, it tastes like something foul, and my brain fights against me to swallow it. I don't quite understand how people can enjoy it.
