I've given up finding a decent steak in San Diego. I hit Gallagher's in Las Vegas when I'm traveling. It blows away anything I've tried locally and I can spend less than a c-note.

But Vegas being Vegas, always assume you'll be seated next to a table of drunken ass-clowns. Don't bother complaining, nobody gets thrown out anymore unless they're puking or screaming. In the higher-priced joints it's always the baby boomers acting like a pack of retarded toddlers.
