Does your tolerance increase that significantly when you're an alcohol? I could drink probably two cans of SR and would be quite drunk. A third would probably knock me out. Does drinking six put you out, or are you able to stay conscious and get to a new level of intoxication? Would two or three just have you tipsy?
I just don't get the shifted perspective/standards of alcoholism. My dad used to swig vodka and would be visibly drunk/stumbling, but could still hold a lucid conversation. Do certain processes adapt and others don't?
