Unfortunately my shitty electric cooktop isn't good enough for stir fry, but I came up with something.

>2 rashers of bacon
>1 onion
>2 cloves garlic
>1 tbsp ginger
>1 chili pepper
>mix of shao shing wine, light soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce
>some olive oil
>chuck it in a saucepan until cooked
>toss in 2 cans of 4 bean mix
>put on some rice
>let it all simmer for 15 minutes
>serve as desired

Seems good, would like some spring onions or something to garnish it with but it's too late at night to hit up the shops.
