I like his videos a lot, he makes an effort to research properly, he cooks things the best he can while also offering viable alternatives for people who don't want full accuracy or that can't get the accurate ingredients, and instead of making jokes about not knowing how to pronounce things he learns how to pronounce themm correctly.
