I was in barbados with my gf's family and a couple of us tried a tuna steak. Most of them sent it back when they saw it was a a bit raw in the middle.

I said it was done like that in many places but they wouldn't hear any of it and got a new, welld-done one. Not because they didn't like it that way, but because they thought it was unhealthy to do so.

I personally just ate my fucking medium-rare tuna steak. Was I right?
