We always send noobies to find a box of left handed gloves, or tell them to drain the water for the coffee machine. Had a teenager searching for two hours for left handed gloves, we actually kind of just forgot about him because we got busy.
All time favorite prank is hiding an egg in someone's apron, when they set it down to take a shit or a smoke break, and they come back, grab the apron, and drop an egg on the floor.

I work on a food truck and tacos are easy especially meats that you can judt reheat, ie birria, carnitas, and chile verde, just throw em into a steam tray and roll. Plan how you build it out very carefully for what you are serving, the truck I work on does not have nearly enough assemblg space and I fucking hate it. Best of luck to ya.
