The best beer I've had from Ontario is Stone City. I think Quebec's Dieu du Ciel and Unibroue are consistently great pretty much across the board, but the guys at Stone City are a bit more playful - for every less than stellar beer they're pushing at any given moment, they've got three or four stone killers.
