Is there such a thing as a natural vegetarian? Cuz my three year old will not eat meat in any form. Roast chicken, bits of steak, hot dogs, mcdonalds chicken nuggets, all get rejected.

I have even tried to be clever by sneaking some chicken into a quesadilla. She will pick it out and eat the tortilla and cheese. On that note she does readily eat cheese, eggs and milk. So I've made a point to get her plenty of that.

I am a little worried though. Me and the wife are most definitely not vegetarian. It's not picky phase either, as she has been pretty avoidant of meat in general since she started eating regular food. Is this a phase or is this an actual thing? And how do I get her enough protein.
