Theres your problem. Try white or rice vinegar served over rice with red onion.

Here have simple guide for other fish:

High heat + salt and pepper. Serve with Asparagus

Battered, and fried. Serve with fries and lemon.

Kind of either fried or grill. Always good with lemon salt and pepper.

Mayo, red onion, celery, juice of whole lemon, crushed red pepper, and black pepper. Works everytime.
