I really wanted to do something other than the ol' "wrap it in tin foil" with this, but I didn't.
It's just not big enough to cut into "steaks"
Got it really cheap, frozen, in a supermarket so I'm mostly just wanting to see if it's any good. If it is I'll buy a few more for the grill later in the year.

Fennel was on sale so we're cramming the top of it inside the fish and roasting the rest in the oven.
