Kansas City here, we are known for Barbecue. We have the best BBQ, full stop. There's a lot about KC that sucks, the weather, the potholes, the rising rent, the stuck up women, the insufferable soyim, but our BBQ is the best. I'm not even a big bbq fan, I probably eat it maybe a few times a year, but every time I do, it is absolutely mouthwatering and delicious. People here take it very seriously, there are cooks and even hobbyists who dedicate their entire lives to perfecting their recipes
