Reminds me of parmos in Middlesbrough.

Take a large chicken breast, beat the shit out of it, bread it, then deep fry that fucker. Once done, cover it in béchamel sauce and then throw a shitload of cheese on top and grill it.

Serve with a ton of shitty fries and "salad" and you got 2700 calories and 160g of fat for a late night snack after having had 14 pints.

I never could be bothered to try it the year I lived in Boro, but the locals live for that shit.
