>in a semi-delirious state due to lack of sleep
>hatching my plan to go all out at the shops and just buy whatever I fancy when 7AM strikes
>8AM, picrel in bed, wielding what is left of a bottle of squirty cream. Unable to turn myself over never mind stand up. Feeling a lot of stuff going on inside of my body everywhere above the hips.

I think the skin on my face went numb too, I was pretty underweight at the time so that may not have helped either.
