La Pavoni fags, can you actually make a decent cup of espresso with the low extraction yeilds of the small grouphead? I would like to maintain my 16g-17gs in 32-34gs out recipe that Ive become accustomed to with my Flair but I heard that you can only do 13-15gs comfortably with the La Pavoni? Has anyone tried larger basket mods? Are the post millenium models better?

Bros, should I call it a day and be content with my Flair+ Commandante setup and get a Bellman steamer to complete it, or should I up the autism and put my weekly money in a La Pavoni Europicollo with temp+full pressure profile kit+Heatsink+51mm portafilter mods in a few years?
