I love eggs. And i particularly love hard boiled eggs. They are the perfect snacks.

I am aware that the older the egg, the easier it is to peel once boiled. And with my egg habit, I can normally buy 2 18 pack cartons a month and have a dozen to boil at the end of each month. Which is great and a good system. But is there a way to boil fresh eggs without the shell sticking?
