diet bros how you holdin up? didnt think my diet was working, but the other day i noticed my lower back has lost the flab of fat that used to rest above my underwear

So ive only ever used raised beds before but i just moved to a house with a very large back yard. Id like to use the farthest back portion for garden space instead of just having useless grass and weeds that produce nothing. Ive looked into methods of converting it and it seems like tilling it up would be simplest. The soil here is very rocky though and i see alot of stuff online that says tilling destroys soil health. Any tips?

I don't eat much either OP. I usually stick to a single meal a day and maybe snack a little if i'm feeling extra peckish. I would say it's more to do with my financial capabilities (or lack-thereof) that justifies it. If I can get an actual job instead of seasonal casual employment then I would be much more obliged to eat more throughout the day.
