She would melt into tears in a professional kitchen. Being an excellent home cook vs. an actual chef who runs a critically acclaimed restaurant is like that one guy you know who can play every Metallica solo vs. Eddie van Halen. Not even really worth comparing.

Actually I always make sure to eat 6-8 steamed brussels sprouts about 30 minutes before bed. The aroma is actually quite relaxing.

Not much to improve on here, other than to say that you should use close to 100% of your freezer space for meats (you will be able to get more lb/ft^2 with ground meats), and use a good portion of your fridge space for fresh mostly green vegetables and maybe fruits. They may not be as calorie rich, but if you don't have some roughage in you diet you'll regret it when it comes time to take a shit.

Yeah, if they're open 24/7 and they don't need someone with experience, you can bet on it being a complete shit show. That's the best way to learn, but you'll find yourself getting fed up with it eventually. At the same time, you won't learn anything until you get your ass kicked repeatedly, so it might be a decent entry level job.

Restaurants are a business. Buy and cook your own shit if you don't want to pay markup. Restaurants charge bare minimum 3x their food cost. You have to pay someone to prep the vegetables, a refrigerator and NSF-grade containers to keep them, maintenance and electricity for the refrigerator, cover potential spoilage of product, pay someone to take your order, pay rent/utilities, etc. The answer to this question is so fucking obvious that you might want to ask your doctor if you may be suffering from idiocy at your next check-up.

Wow I was about to nibble this bait, but I got a hold of myself before it was too late.
