>Try to get into cooking beyond basic bitch shit like eggs, hamburgers, etc.
>Every 'intro level' cooking video assumes you're an upper class single person with unlimited time and money
>Expects you to have things like wines, fresh coconut shavings, and shaved gold tier ingredients
>Asks you to have a pineapple and then use 20% of it for the meal, what the fuck am I gonna do with the rest of this pineapple?

I want to get into cooking but everything indicates that its only for the rich to make anything worth a shit that can impress people.

I have someone bitching at me that I need to make more 'Summer' type foods since its so hot outside. That means less baking and soups and more sandwiches and grilling. What can I make on the grill that isn't boring as fuck and isn't just throwing different meats on it? I need Summer ideas.

Okay guys I need some help. Things changed suddenly and now I gotta make dinner and I got very little to work with. I have these shitty country friend steak PATTIES but thats boring. I want to make a gravy/sauce with them, but typically people use the pan sauce for it and its stupid to make these dumb patties in the pan right? Help me make a passable gravy for these things. I think I have bacon grease available for a fat, but thats it.

GUYS THIS TIME FOR REAL I NEED HELP. I am making a stir fry with shrimp and broccoli. I have a bunch of other shit people visiting told me to add like bell peppers and carrot and squash and while I disagree with them its gotta happen. I need advice on making stir fry sauces or anything you can tell me. SEND BACKUP.

Guys, listen. I need help again. I am making fish and coleslaw but I need another side. I am sick of relying on the french fry and want to make my own hush puppies. I have oil this time. I HAVE it. However, do you necessarily need to deep fry hush puppies or can you use just a moderate amount and turn them in a pan to make them acceptable? I can take alternative side dish ideas but I am once again restricted on my materials.

So I was going to fry some chicken breasts for sandwiches since they are kind of boring, but now I realize I have no oil. What should I do with these breasts to make them not so shitty? I have very little to work with in terms of sides but anything helps. Can I still bake them and make good sandwiches? Should I still brine them? Im having a catastrophe!

Going to be pan frying steaks since our grill is out of order currently. Should I use canola oil or olive oil? I still dont know the feel method well for determining doneness, but I normally do 5m per side. Should I use medium or high heat always?
