Right, but just because one eats vegetables, does not mean vegetables are good for you. You still have to contend with the reasoning that plants protect themselves by producing toxins.

Maybe you are talking to someone else because I am just arguing against the consumption of vegetables, particularly raw. You come across as emotionally unstable and paranoid, which can be connected to the consumption of raw veggies.
Prior to coming on this diet, I used to be a lot more neurotic, but since then I have calmed down. Consider trying it, and see what happens.

By the by, in Lebanon, people will eat raw cow liver. So maybe you should try adding that to your med diet?
