So I had to work in Stratford, Ontario last week. On Saturday, I stopped by there farmers market. They are the "pork" capital of Canada. My christ, they had the BEST ribs, made on Sunday. Also, the BEST sausages. The sausage came from a Menonite farmer. Anyways, I dipped some of the Maple sausage in Dijon mustard, and it gives me these gassy stinky burps, and the aftertaste lasts hours. I really enjoy the taste of it, but seriously for hours after I burp and it has a strange taste. Does anyone else have this with dijon mustard or is OP just a faggot here? It's the only food/condiment that does this. Anyways, Stratford was great. I hope to make the trip to Canada again, make an excuse to go to that farmer market. Cute town.

What are a couple of things you are picky about when cooking/eating.

1. I prefer ribs cooked in the oven. Low and slow, fall off the bone. I find the BBQ makes them a bit tougher, and they don't have the same texture.

2. I almost don't like cheese. I only like certain types, (cheddar and motz, but they HAVE to be melted. And blue cheese when dipping buffalo wings.)
