Is ham and eggs an appropriate breakfast for you?

Isn't that just the weirdest thing? Is it the only meat that's like this? I know dark meat chicken is a thing, but it's really just grey, it's just a darker shade of white meat.

It is interesting to me, that the term ham and egger refers to more low level common people, when you consider in so many countries ham would be a delicacy to have.
