My butcher shop had beef bacon (pic rel). Ask around and you might find it. It's not cheap but it's incredibly delicious, tastes better than real bacon (less greasy and less salty) and can be eaten raw due to it being smoked.

Idk you're more likely to get heart disease eating refined carbs, sugar and seed oils than I am eating animal fat and protein. You eat the same diet as people who have heart disease. You're probably pre diabetic too, since that meal is basically just peeling the scrotum off your pancreas.

It's the "saturated fat bad" meme that helped sell your baby food to begin with.

Also veggie bacon is disgusting. You haven't lived until you try beef bacon.

I mostly have bacon around to render bacon grease for cooking.

Having said that industrial bacon is pretty shit compared to bacon made at home or from a reputable butcher.

Also beef bacon is fucking amazing.
