the other thing i was most impressed by, was their brunch food
when you go out for yum cha, all the handmade dumplings in rice paper rolls, like cheung fun, or har gao are fucking amazing

try find a yum cha restaurant and go for early lunch, they wheel around steamed dishes. It's really good and a fun way of eating and not that expensive.
