You're not getting an sympathy from for not being competent. Memorizing shit is easy. Working at a bank is infinitely more difficult than running 3 or 4 tables. I worked at a bank for 5 years, and I can still remember 7 account numbers off the top of my head, 3 phone numbers, and countless ways how people wanted their money presented, their spending habits, where they lived, first and last name, over a year after I quit.
