>Inspired by huaraches
>Tossed flank steak in a homemade hot sauce (loads of chillis and garlic, with a bit of >vinegar and homegrown tomatoes) supplemented by some tomato puree so the spiciness wasn't too strong and a bit more oregano.
>Crumbled feta on top with some little gem lettuce and diced tomatoes.

>The huarache part was cornmeal + few tablespoons of salt and oil, made into a 'dough' with water. Flipped 'em like pancakes in a wok. Masa harina is impossible to find here.
