I would prefer a flexible solution.
My wife is a decent Cook, but she Cooks pleb tier, danish food. If she is cooking you can be sure she is cooking 1 of her 10 stable goto safe dinners. Nothing offensive but nothing exciting either. We are talking "swedish countryside ham" wich is a big ass ham and boiled skinned large potatoes. I always Cook elabourate dinners, i try to get outside of my comfort zone and i listen to what my children and friends tell me about my cooking. To salty? Probably is. My wife thinks that critizing her food equals critizing her, so she gets pissed of and imply the people she is servings it for are plebs and dont understand what good food tastes like.
