Not really, no. I can get picanha at my local artisan butcher because I live in a cultured part of America, but keep in mind even though it is just beef, middle Americans feel discombobulated when they are presented with something other than what they erroneously call "normal food" and if it's not hamburger patties, tenderloin, porterhouse, new york strip, or boneless skinless chicken breast as the vegetarian option, flyover Americans go "eew icky" and wrinkle their noses and beg to be driven to McDonalds instead.

These Brazilian Steakhouse theme restaurants exist because the internet has taught flyover trash that foreign exotic things are fashionable. So having a restaurant with "de" in the name is sufficiently edgy and ethnic sounding that they can talk about it at the office the next day and sound cultured, without having to interact with weird vegan shit like picanha let alone organ meats. Or scary people who speak English with a foreign accent and therefore probably have hygiene problems.
