I grill one chicken breast and by the time it has grill marks on it its about half way cooked.

Then I wrap it up in the puff pastry with the boursin cheese and cook it on a baking rack. I always brush the pastry dough with an egg wash before I bake because it helps it get nice and golden brown looking.

Boursin cheese is one of my fave cheeses and sometimes I make Cheese Poofs out of Puff Pastry and the cheese. I make little squares of puff pastry and fill them up like crab rangoons but I dont fry them I bake them in the oven.
