So I bought a growler of beer from a nearby microbrewery.

Fanfuckingtastic. But it's far enough away that I can't go there all the time.

I'd consider buying a second growler, but it's not practical to keep both in the fridge.

What storage temp is sufficient for a growler? The answer will impact if I buy a second or not.

So I have a bit of Johnnie Walker Black Label in front of me. A gift from someone I know. A bit out of their bottle.

Problem is, I have no acquired taste for scotch yet. I know I'm drinking quality stuff, even as I taste it, but I also am having great difficulty in stomaching the taste.

Suggestions? Even if I can't properly enjoy this glass I'd like to get enough of a taste for it to enjoy it in the future. Also any suggestions to make this glass more drinkable would be great.
