im doing a steak, and to contribute, i am now on board with the multi-flip method if you're doing it entirely in a pan. i think it is better

just did a steak in the reddit pan about an hour ago
looks like someone did a tire fire in here. smoke detector went crazy and i had to pull it out of the ceiling and it was a bitch to get it back in place
the steak was perfect though
