i dry things in my dishwasher racks so that i can clean the racks with a dishwash run every week or so, those counter ones are often gross and hard to clean and I highly doubt can withstand use in the oven which is what your 'bread drying rack' is for generally
even if I did have one of those there's constantly dishes drying in my endless cycle of kitchen use
