What's the secret to scrambled eggs? I've been having them on toast for lunch the last few of days and while they taste great they never have the aesthetics I'd expect of them, mine always just come out as a load of clumps of egg rather than the pleasing fluffy look like I've had them at restaurants. Here's what I've been doing

>4 medium eggs, salt, pepper, chilli powde and milk
>Whisk thouroughly
>Butter up a skillet
>Pour the egg mix in and fold with a spatula until cooked

Does /ck/ add milk or cream to their scrambled eggs? I have a relative in the restaurant business who is *adamantly* against adding either, but I like adding a splash of cream into the eggs before throwing them in the pan.
