I posted this in another thread once.
I made this at work because we had a leftover salmon filets.
My take on a Norwegian Benedict.
Toasted muffin, with slightly steamed spinach on top. With tons of flaky salmon, with a poached egg, Hollandaise sauce, garnished with capers, fresh dill, and smoked paprika.

I work at a high end college making food. We had salmon leftover from the day before so i decided to make a Norwegian Benedict, or my take on it.
English muffin, slightly steamed spinach, shredded baked salmon, poached egg, hollandaise sauce, and topped it with Capers and some fresh dill.
