I've been in the food "biz" for 20 years and I don't play by the rules. I do what I want in the kitchen and "affect" your food based on my mood like a culinary mood ring.

If i'm in a good mood, I give you an extra tender or more sauce on that spaghetti. But if I've been drinking or my gf dumped me, I can get downright nasty with your vittles. I've been known to befoul your food with my own "excretions" and "emanations", if you will. I simply don't give a fuck and I do what I want, for my kitchen is my domain and you are my victim.
