You’d be better off with cookbooks. I haven't used the Kenji one. It was a gift and the first recipe I opened up to had an obnoxiously complicated/lengthy ingredients list. But I use the Julia Child and Marcella Hazan one a lot. For websites, I like King Arthur
for baking and they have a few meal recipes. Other than that, for websites, I just end up scrolling from recipe to recipe in Google until I find one that looks competent. I get a lot of ideas from YouTube ASMR style cooking videos like Cooking Tree, HidaMari Cooking, Nino’s Home, and videos that pop up on my feed because of those other channels.
