It's designed for the japanese lifestyle, it won't work for the average obese 300 pounds american and his hamplanet family.

You should not be allowed in a kitchen if you fuck up such a basic dish.
Kill yourself.

I just keep putting more sheets on top if I worry about it, but generally you can keep using them for ages if you only cook at 350 or lower
past that and they start to get crisp and brittle, falling apart after a few uses
as far as food safety goes, it's about what you cook on it, you can bake non-soggy cookies on the same sheet like 8 times, on 8 different non-consecutive days
but if you toss meats and veg onto it, even if you kill the germs each day by heating it every few days you should add another layer as their waste will still build up slowly (the reason germs generally make you ill)

like with most things generally speaking, you can get away with a lot of bullshit if you know what you're doing

I don't see why people are turned off by the mayo fry
it's like they've never read the jar before

same shit when you buy those store bought ones, they're always broken and crumbled before the box is even opened

it's one of the only pasta dishes that are easier to make from scratch than by using store bought ingredients and requires nothing more than a rolling pin

I don't buy that shit regardless, but in places where they cycle out quick enough the chickens they use have a significant amount more time than they do in places where they aren't popular
old people can't be fucked cooking the chicken themselves like younger families do
this thread is about trying to defend them and I'm basically just giving a situation where they're not gas station hotdog tier

that's all i'm really getting at

My 4 year old Tefal pan is failing, stuff is starting to stick to the bottom no matter the amount of oil in there.

Is cast iron a meme for everyday use? I like to use the pans with tall edges, im not sure what they are called in english, and non-stick bottom has worked out fine for me. What about stainless steel?
