i always add spices regardless and just freeze the leftover sauce in a old sour cream container, re thaws out just fine if i leave it on the counter for a few hours

i made a pizza last night in a toaster oven with a tortilla, pasta sauce, cheddar cheese and pepperoni. It came out alright.
It was made with leftovers from actual pizza earlier that day
